At VV Squishy, we take pride in handcrafting each squishy with care. Due to the handmade, hygienic nature of our products and the complexities of international shipping, our policy is designed to be fair and clear. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Our Policy (The Short Version)
All sales are final for non-defective items. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference or minor handmade variations.
Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
An unboxing video is mandatory for any after-sales claim.
International duties, taxes, and shipping risks are the customer’s sole responsibility.
2. Critical: Understanding International Shipping & Customs
By placing an order from outside our host country, you agree to the following terms regarding international logistics:
Shipping Times Are Estimates:All delivery timeframes provided at checkout or on our website are estimates only, provided by the carrier (e.g., USPS, DHL, FedEx). VV Squishy has no control over delays caused by customs processing, weather, holidays, local postal services, or other international transit issues. Delays are not a valid reason for a refund.
Import Duties & Taxes (Your Responsibility):Your country may impose import duties, value-added tax (VAT), customs fees, or other charges. These fees are not included in your product or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Package Refusal & Abandonment: If you refuse to pay these import fees and the package is refused, abandoned, or destroyed by customs, we cannot and will not issue a refund. The order is considered delivered and fulfilled. We strongly recommend you check your country’s import policies before ordering.
Tracking & Loss in Transit:Once the package is handed to the international carrier and a tracking number is provided, the risk of loss transfers to you. VV Squishy is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during international transit after we have shipped them. If this occurs, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier.
3. Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. If production hasn’t started, we will issue a full refund.
If it has been over 12 hours and we have prepared your goods, a 60% refund will be issued to cover material costs, labor, and fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable once the label is printed.
4. Returns & Exchanges (Eligibility)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in its original packaging.
Reported within 14 days of delivery.
Supported by a complete, unbroken unboxing video.This video is the only valid proof for claims.
We do NOT ‼️accept returns for:
Items damaged due to customer misuse.
Minor variations in color or texture (a characteristic of handmade items).
Items that have been removed from their packaging.
Refused or abandoned packages (as outlined in Section 2).
5. How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at
service@vvsquishy.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and unboxing video.
2. If your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. You are responsible for the cost of return international shipping.We recommend using a tracked and insured service. VV Squishy is not liable for return packages lost in transit.
6. Refunds (If Approved)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
For orders canceled after production has begun, a 60% refund will be issued.
