Thank you for visiting and shopping at VV Squishy! The following policy outlines all details regarding order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

Due to the  handmade nature of our products, each squishy is crafted to order with love and care.

Please allow 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday) for us to create, quality-check, and pack your order before it is dispatched. This is especially important for our imitation cream products, which require adequate time to dry and cure completely.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (if available).

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide using reliable international carriers.

Standard Shipping (15-20 Business Days):

This is our most economical option.

Free on all orders over $59.9 at checkout.

Delivery Estimate:15-20 business days after dispatch. Please note: “Business days” do not include weekends (Saturdays, Sundays) or public/bank holidays in either the origin or destination country.

Expedited / Urgent Shipping:

Need your squishies faster? Expedited shipping options (e.g., DHL, FedEx International) are available.

3. Critical: International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

VV Squishy is not responsible for any import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are determined by your local government. We have no control over these charges.

Please note:Refusing a package due to import fees will result in the order being abandoned or destroyed by customs. We cannot be held liable for packages refused for these reasons and are unable to offer a refund.Please check your country’s import policies before ordering.

4. Order Tracking & Shipping Confirmation

Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (if available for your region).

5. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

Delivery times are estimates not guarantees. Carriers may experience delays due to weather, customs inspections, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Please allow the full estimated delivery time to pass before contacting us about a delayed package.

If the tracking information shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office or building management first.

VV Squishy cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been shipped and a valid tracking number has been provided.All disputes must be taken up directly with the shipping carrier.

6. Important Notes

Address Accuracy:Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Unclaimed Packages:Packages that are returned to us as “unclaimed” or due to an incorrect address will require the customer to pay for the first shipment and the re-shipping costs.
