Processing Time:Please allow 1-5 business days for us to handcraft, quality-check, and pack your order before it ships.

Shipping Rates & Times:Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier (e.g., USPS, DHL) and are not guaranteed by us.

Risk of Loss:Once the carrier confirms your order has shipped, the risk of loss and title for the products pass to you.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to their handmade and hygienic nature, we cannot accept returns on squishies that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of use.We gladly accept returns for damaged or defective items.

Materials:Our products are made from non-toxic, food-grade silicone. However, they are NOT EDIBLE.

Safety:All products are safety tested. They are intended for users ages 3 and up. Children under 3 should only use them under direct adult supervision due to small parts and potential choking hazards.
